HEALTHY SUMMER DRINKS

In summer nothing better than an afternoon spent lounging by the pool, icy-cool beverage in hand. But the problem is that many of our favorite refreshing summer drinks are loaded with sugar and that what we all don’t like being health conscious. You can reduce guilt by choosing one these   refreshing drinks those are not only delicious, but low-calorie and nutritious, too!
AAM KA PANNA –
cooling mango drink slightly sour and sweet to taste with a hint of cardamom & black salt

ingredients

ü    1 large or 2 medium sized raw mangoes
ü    2-3 cardamoms, crushed or powdered
ü    4-5 black pepper, crushed or powdered (optional)
ü    black salt to your liking ( generally one tea spoon )
ü    powdered jaggery / sugar to your liking (generally two     tea spoon)
how to make                           

ü    wash raw mangoes in water.
ü    steam the raw mangoes with till they become completely soft and pulpy.
ü    peel and take out the mango pulp.
ü    mix the cardamom powder, salt and jaggery to the mango pulp.
ü    Add 4-5 table spoon of boiled water, mix the ingredients or blend to make it smooth.
ü    store aam ka panna in an air tight jar or bottle in refrigerator .
while serving aam ka panna, add 2 table spoon of stored concentrate in a one glass of water ,stir it well  with 3-4 ice cubes, and serve cold

NIBBU PAANI  

cooling NIBBU drink slightly sour and sweet( depends on your chose)  to taste with  black  pepper and  salt

ingredients

ü    1 large nibbu per glass
ü    1-2 table spoon of sugar per glass 
ü    2 black pepper, crushed or powdered (optional)
ü    black salt to your liking ( generally 1/2 tea spoon )
ü     crushed ice 4-5 cube 
  how to make                           

ü    cut nibbu in 4 parts 
ü put nibbu,crushed ice ,half glass of water ,chused black pepper ,sugar and salt.in a mixer jar and rum mixi for 2-3 min.   .
Take out from  mixi and while serving in a glass add some  fresh mint  and 3-4 ice cubes
