Mental health at work place 

 Going to office anr working is not all what make you different that how actively you work or think in office /workplace .to make brain keep happy and activated one has to train it ,like we go to gym to train our body,to have active mind we have following  suggestions 

Keep your brain activated . Read the papers, solve crosswords, figure out puzzles, socialize, and keep contact with people.

cheek your  medication . Some medicines (including sleeping pills) and certain combinations of medicines may adversely affect your memory.

Eat healthy. Lack of variety in your food may lead to vitamin deficiency, which can lead to memory problems. Some researchers say that the use of turmeric reduces the risk of AD. Others think a diet high in fruits, vegetables, cereals, but low in meat and dairy products helps.

Drink in moderation. The alcohol have never helped in good health specially with growing age . The older you get, the less your brain can cope with alcohol.

Take plenty of exercise.  Do as much work out as you can with out hurting your self  Improved blood circulation reduces the risk of disorders such as vascular dementia.

Be socially active    Be active and try to be part of solution not the problem in house ,society and at work place ,it works as tonic in making your brain work fast  

  See your doctor if you feel that you thinking is not normal
