How to avoid blood pressure

1. Make your daily routine and try to maintain it min 5-6 days in a week.
 2. Spend minimum 20-30 min quality time with your self , play instruments , do some creative work ,read write or what ever makes you happy.
3. Enjoy and be happy with your work if not then change the work or adjust to that. 
4. Do some physical exercise free hand , aerobics ,dance ,running ,walking ect if not possible due to office schedule then use steps to climb up or down ,move with your files stand up and down as many times as possible ,stretch to pick up documents ,move to your friends and share smiles .
5. If you are head of the organization try to control your anger, and  if  your are part of the team don’t be frustrated all the time .
6. Drink lot of water min 3-4 litter in a day .
7. Avoid Saturated fats that means oil, ghee, butter ,red meat ,cream ect .
8. Sleep 7- 8 hours in a day ( i. e. in 24 hours ).
9. Get regular medical cheek up and if you have tendency I mean hereditary history then take dr’s advise before starting with any medication .

10. Most important don’t try to change the world in one day even mahatma Gandhi also too decade to do that .work with your and organizational limitations and accept the reality
