BASIC RULES TO ENJOY GOOD HEALTH

1   Maintain regularity in your routine .
2   Eat as much as possible natural food not processed  food .
3   Consume seasonal fruits not fruits out of cold storage / tined .
4   Eat well but not over eating .
5   Avoid excessive salt and spices .
6   Avoid too much of sweets specially sugar.
7   Eat food rich in carbohydrates especially starch and fiber.
8   Avoid food which heavy on  cholesterol and saturated fats.
9   Watch your body weight and waist line  be close to ideal body weight as per your age .
10  Avoid eating same type of food every day infect variety of food must be taken .
11  Must do some amount of physical exercise every day

12  Most important is think positive
