How one Can Avoid Heat Stroke
now day temperature is ranging between 40-44 degree centigrade ,which is enough to make one restless and sick and absence of right medication one can have major heath issue here are few simple steps which can save you from possible heat stroke.
- Wear lightweight clothes. Loose, light-colored clothing to avoid extra heat absorption from the sun rays.
- Carry an umbrella, or use cap/ hat/ or any head gear which can protect yourself from the sun's rays.
- Drink as much as liquid preferably plenty of water with lemon and salt or a sports drink, which can replace sodium lost due to sweating.
- Avoid coffee which is full of caffeine. Avoid or limit alcohol, as they can cause dehydration. the simple cheek on intake of water is , if your urine is dark yellow, you're probably not drinking enough liquids.
- Avoid movements during peak hours. plan all physical activities before 9 am or after 5 pm Alternately, take it easy on hot days.
- Avoid sudden change in body temperature,that means dont move out of ac room direct to road side to look for cab( 22 degree to 43 degree) change in temperature has to be gradual.
