How to be Healthy even at Work
"If you are not in a correct state of mind , working efficiency , reduces exponentially ,Hence  maintaining  good health  at work place  is very important , where you spend most of the day here are few tips which may be helpful at work place ”
Take lot of water while at work .
  • Buy a fun water bottle with pictures or sayings, to inspire yourself to drink water. Do not fill it with anything other than water; make it special. Your water bottle also cuts down on your use of disposable cups.
  • Suck on ice cubes during hot weather. Doing so helps to cool you and stops you reaching for candies and soft drinks.
  • Try fruit, mints, gum or sugar free hard candies to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Talk to co-workers. 
 After every  2-3 hours of work ,walk around and talk to co –workers for 05  to 10 minutes on non office related topic related to their likes and dis – likes this will help you to understand them better ,socially  . These short breaks improve circulation of blood and reduce tension, they also help in buildup of muscular  tension. Such activity may bring  spark for fresh ideas.
 Never sit on same posture throughout the day. 
There are ways to be active during the  whole working day and still reduce damage to your body  by sitting all day. Some time change your regular chair and sit on stool or on a hard place for 30-40 min , or spend some time working without chair just by standing nest to desk if possible . You must also walk a bit of up and down , to activate your  physical and mental faculties .
Close your eyes, sit at calm and have deep breathe.  Such short and intense meditation will help you to stay focused and will also reduce stress at work. 10 such deep breaths while having coffee or even at your desk will help in better concentration..
Lunch  bag  . A home  made  packed lunch is much healthier , less expensive and is custom made as per your likes , still  going  out and having food is not a bad idea ,infect advisable to break monotony .

Take short break from workdayIf allowed  then take such break like depositing bills or getting medicines   You'll get some fresh air and a mental break and will make you happy.
