relax in five min while at work
now days office working hours are 9am -5pm and there after min 1 to and 1/2 hours of travelling ,then where is the time to keep your self fit , yes these normal exercise don't claim to keep you fit but yes they will make you feel much better and active .
Have a look to these simple exercise
sit on chair or some place and try to concentrate ,keep eyes close and think on only one point . then see if you can get a state when number of thoughts coming to your mind have reduced to 2-3 ,ideally there should not be any ,try this for 5 min.
stand and lift your hands up by holding small object may be pen or pencil bring it
down up to chest level and the repeat same for 8-10 times . breath in while your are taking hand up and breath out when hand and coming down.
stand up stretch your hands up side as much as you can and then and try to touch your toes if not possible then bend as much as you can ,then slowly come up .and stand straight ,repeat for 8-10 times
Try this simple things and you will find quite relaxed in office and this all will take not more then 8-9 in min
