Today working
woman have no time for themselves it all about office ,home and kids ,but this
were they neglect their health how and what one should do to maintain good
health ,this time I wont talk on yoga or lifestyle changes rather then that I will
just feed you information and leave rest on your judgment as how and what you
like to do with this information
All human male
or female generally enjoy good health till about 30 yrs baring minor problems
here and there but there after health needs a regular cheek ups specially in
case of woman as she undergoes pregnancy and whole body undergoes for a change
.There are number of cheek up which one
should undergo but only when they are needed .i am listing them out just for awareness
of you all and as when one should use them
Get the HEALTH CHEEK you need
The c are theek-up are tests that
look for diseases before you get symptoms. Blood pressure checks and
mammograms are few examples
Breast Cancer. Only when you feel there is some thing abnormal or you are
above 40yrs.
BRCA 1 and 2 Genes. Only If you have family history or advised by dr.
Cervical Cancer. On drs advice or one should Start from 30 yrs of age and get a Pap smear every 3 years until you
are 65 years old. Women Colon
Cancer. Between
the ages of 50 and 75, get a screening test for colorectal cancer. Several
tests—for example, a stool test or a colonoscopy—can detect this cancer. Your
health care team can help you decide which is best for you. If you are between
the ages of 76 and 85, talk with your doctor or nurse about whether you should continue
to be screened.
Depression. Emotional health is as important as your physical health. Talk to
your health care team when ever you feel depressed for loner time baring routine,depressions
due to domestic or official matter
.
Diabetes. Cheek
out for
diabetes (high blood sugar) if you have high blood pressure or if you take
medication for high blood pressure. Diabetes can be a root cause for problems
with your heart, brain, eyes, feet, kidneys, nerves, and other body parts.
Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). Get screened one time for HCV infection if:
- You were born between 1945 and 1965.
- You have ever injected drugs.
- You received a blood transfusion before 1992.
- If you currently are an injection drug user, you should be screened regularly.
High Blood Cholesterol. Get blood cholesterol
checked regularly with a blood test if:
- You use tobacco.
- You are overweight or obese.
- You have a personal history of heart disease or blocked arteries.
- A male relative in your family had a heart attack before age 50 or a female relative, before age 60.
High Blood Pressure. Get
blood pressure checked at least every year.
High blood pressure can cause strokes, heart attacks, kidney and eye and heart
problems..
Lung Cancer. Only
if doctor advise you to do so
or you are or were a regularly smoker and you should also remember that quitting
smoking is the best thing you can do for your health.
Overweight and Obesity. The best way to learn whether your overweight or obese is to get body
mass index (BMI). You can find your BMI by entering your height and weight into
a BMI calculator
A BMI between 18.5 and 25 indicates a normal weight. BMI of 30 or
higher may be obese . Overweight and obesity can lead to diabetes and
cardiovascular disease.
Sexually Transmitted
Infections. Be careful as Sexually transmitted infections can make it hard to get pregnant,
may affect your baby, and can cause other health problems.
