Most of the jobs are 9-5 every 5to 6 days in a week ,therefore hardly any time for body to recover from the fatigue ,which is become modern day epidemic .There are ways to fight such epidemic which is now days compounded by working in cubical environment .
The major problems , which
are part of 9-5 working are

strain

Soreness
of hands and legs

tunnel syndrome

Loss
of interest in the work
Here are few tips which
may help you in overcoming the problem :-
Listen to music
Music relaxes your
brain and makes it energetic very fast ,so when ever you find stressed get on
to music for a while and feel good .
Break
monotony
Keep changing the way
you work if you have options ,can be done by altering the order of the work or
using pencil in place of pen ,or for a change typing your own letters , not
starting the day with routine meeting , having tea first then work .There can
be 1000 things which can be done ,you have to be innovative .
Take
short walk
Take short walks in and
around office area , when ever possible
, use steps to go a floor up or down
rather then using elevators . Walk up to
the friends table for handing over the file /note .
Share
light moments with friends
Some time you must share lighter moments with
friends , chat on films , games ,new electronics in the market or any thing which you love this will not only
make you feel good but will enhance your day to day knowledge too .
Stretch
out
As sitting and working
takes heavy toll on your body therefore it is advisable to stretch out as often
as possible , normal stretching of hands
,legs and left and right movement of neck will make you much better then before
.
Have
flexible lunch time
If possible change your lunch time and try to
have lunch in a group it will not only provide you a chance to share you food
with others but can lead to some useful discussion also
