HOW TO GET FIT AND SLIM 


In today's world when people have virtually no time for the health but when ever time is there, it is spent on laptop,cell phones ,television or eating and sleeping ,this routine has made obesity, as one of the major concern for all office going young and middle age men and women , now i am going to suggest few tips which will help you in reducing your so called weight with out tears 

Drink lot of water   Water  helps your body to flush out toxins and helps keep you hydrated ,which in turn helps in keeping you energized. 

Avoid aerated / sugar drinks  these drinks contain  lot of calories and do not fill your stomach ,even if you wish to drink some thing try to have low /zero calorie drink.

Eat more frequently  Try to have 4-5 small meals rather then 2-3 heavy meals 
,because when you have 2-3 full heavy   
  •        stomach often do not , do the justice to the food   taken
  •        one try to eat more 
  •        digestive system is always working on full load 


Eat slowly 
  •         it allows your digestive system to absorb all major ingredients of the food   
  •         stomach fill full due to time taken not by quantity which has gone in   
  •         allows you to enjoy food with positive energy 

Eat more fruits   -    They make you full very fast ,contain natural sugar which is easily digestible and lot of vitamins and fiber  again easily absorbable  

last but not least dont drink any liquid for next 30 min after the food
