7. Provisions for safe drinking water.
8. Provisions for hygienic laboratory separated for men and women.
9. Safe and hygienic place to have meal and entertainment .
10. A system for bring out the problems .

Complying with these duties can prevent the employer from being prosecuted and fined, and help them in  retaining  skilled staff.
