health. A food allergy is a proactive reaction by immune system to a food or a
substance in a food, identifying it as a danger to the body and triggering a protective
response.

food allergy will appear when ever some trigger food is eaten. Symptoms can
vary from person to person, and you may not always experience the same symptoms
during every reaction.

fatal reaction that is treated with epinephrine injection (adrenaline).

· Then carry out some test skin and blood test
Once a food allergy is diagnosed however it is
quite a difficult task , the most effective treatment is to avoid those food.
