BLOOD SUGAR (DIABETES) IN PLAIN ENGLISH..........

DO  U KNOW WHAT IS SUGAR OR DIABETES

When dr says you have sugar ,are you clear as what he is saying ? Most  of us do not..
now i will try to explain you what is all about in simple English which you and i can understand :-

what is sugar or diabetes - it is availability of extra sugar in you blood .

How it affects your health- Sugar is must for the body to generate energy , but to break the sugar and convert sugar in to energy you need a key  called insulin ,which is produced by the body it self.

If insulin is produced by body then why full sugar is not broken in to energy –Because brain the master of our body decides as how much energy is required for the human body and accordingly he allows body to produce certain  amount of insulin, hence all sugar in blood can not be converted in to energy.

What, if extra sugar remains in blood - Blood has to carry so many minerals ,and other essential particles, hence brain does not allow excess load on blood vassals and it keeps off loading sugar from blood , in all major organs it passes through like heart, kidney ,lungs and stomach , with this extra sugar in the organ, what ever get broken there allows extra growth in the form of tumors or increases the size of that organs. In either of case that is harmful and increases the chances of failure of that organ .

So what to do  -  blood sugar can be controlled provided we wish to do ,
·       Limit in take of sugar.
·       To reduce the blood sugar you have burn as much as sugar you can.
·   Enhance capability of your body to produce more insulin ,so more sugar can be absorbed by the body .
    Regulated your diet,

Reduction in level of blood sugar is possible if -
·       Do  min 30 min of  hard work out .
·       Control body weight by regulating you dait.
·       Say no to all junk food and so called soft drinks ,which are nothing other then sugar water .
·       Stay close to nature and eat maximum natural food including fruits in a raw form I mean cut and eat .like apple with its shell don’t peal it off
·       Eat as much as raw vegetables ,may be even boiled.
·       No refined ,caned , and stored items (which we store for more then 24 hours even in refrigerator).
·       Avoid milk in its raw form use curd or cheese .
·       Avoid alcohol best drink is coconut water .

·       Avoid red meat but one can eat white meat in moderate quantity.
