Aerated drinks or  Sodas with different flavors are sweet, sparkling and tasty but do you know that each 180-200 ml bottle of aerated drinks contains 16-18 grams of sugar , 70-80 calories and nothing else, hence they are often  called empty food as they provide almost nothing so  don't confuse them with a healthy drink.

Why Say No to Aerated drinks

·  Aerated drinks contribute to obesity and diabetes as they are loaded with high-fructose corn syrup, a sweetener that has been linked to obesity. Soda consumption also has been linked to the development of  type 2 diabetes. Regular consumption makes weight loss more difficult and harder time in maintaining the weight.
·    Aerated drinks damages your teeth. The sugar coats your teeth, combining with bacteria in your mouth to form acid. Both regular and diet soda also contain carbolic acid through carbonation. These acids work to weaken tooth enamel, causing cavities and tooth decay.
