1. Coconut oil is different from other fatty oils , as most food oils contain long-chain fatty acids, where as coconut oil consists of mostly medium chain
Triglycerides fatty acids, that is why they metabolized differently than the
longer chain fats. As they go straight to the liver from

bodies.

from other fats. Therefore, a calorie from coconut oil is NOT the same as a
calorie from cooking oils like olive oil or butter (although these
fats are known as good source of fats).

which helps in weight reduction specially at dangerous Abdominal fat, because coconut
oil have increased HDL (good) cholesterol levels, while the soybean and other
oil had reduced HDL and increased LDL that is why it coconut oil help in reduction in belly fat too.
4. It’s important to keep in mind that coconut oil is fatty
oil and it has 9 calories per gram, so if you are eating a fixed amount of
food and then add coconut oil on top of that, you might gain
weight, not lose. So you should always keep in mind to eat what ever body
demands .
