EAT COCONUT AND REDUCE BELLY FAT

One of the best well known oil for weight reduction in the world , against the myth that  it helps in belly expansion is coconut oil, let me explain as how is helps in weight reduction :-

1. Coconut oil is different from other fatty oils , as most food oils contain long-chain fatty acids, where as  coconut oil consists of mostly medium chain Triglycerides fatty acids, that is why they metabolized differently than the longer chain fats. As they go straight to the liver from the digestive tract, where they are consumed for energy or turned into ketone bodies.

2. One important property of coconut oil is that it is “thermogenic” that means  by eating coconut oil  the energy expenditure (fat burning) increases with  comparison to same amount of calories from other fats. Therefore, a calorie from coconut oil is NOT the same as a calorie from cooking oils like olive oil or butter (although these fats are known as good source of fats).

3. Coconut oil reduces appetite, making you eat less without trying , hence intake of food reduces (that means calories reduces ) which helps in weight reduction specially at dangerous Abdominal fat, because coconut oil have increased HDL (good) cholesterol levels, while the soybean and other oil had reduced HDL and increased LDL that is why it coconut oil help in reduction in belly fat too.

 4. It’s important to keep in mind that coconut oil is fatty oil and it has 9 calories per gram, so if you are eating a fixed amount of food and then add coconut oil on top of that, you might  gain weight, not lose. So you should always keep in mind to eat what ever body demands .

 5. The coconut oil also helps in glowing skin, shiny hairs  and nails .
