DO YOU NEED TO SEE DOCTOR on first sight

NEED TO GO TO DOCTOR IF--------------

1.  If your  body weight  is more then 20% from your standard weight .
2.  If your waistline  is more then 102 cm ( for men ) and 89 cm (for women) and is not reducing inspite of your best efforts .
3.  If your are drinking more then 100 ml alcohol  regularly.
4.  If you are smoking heavily .
5.  If you are eating lot of red meat , fatty oil and milk products .
6.  If you are not sleeping for 7-8 hours every day .
7.  If you have very disturbed routine and not getting proper rest .
8.  Missing on daily work out /walk /running/dance or any other activity which you love .
9.  Having excessive caffeine ( coffee is main source)
10. Missing out on your daily medication ,if any  


See all these points /activities are just indicators that all is not well ,and either you have to take action and amend the short comings or consult your doctor before these indicators turn in to major health issues .
