health AND ME??

well, everyone I think needs to think up there definition of health and answer  this question not to the world BUT THEMSELVES.you own yourself this much.there are many fancy definitions of health given by various fitness gurus.IN THIS ARTICLE I WILL TELL YOU MY DEFINITION AND HOW IT HAS HELPED ME EMERGE FROM MY TERMINAL ILLNESS TO A HEALTHY AND FIT PERSON I AM NOW.And how you can also be part of that definition .....................



a healthy person is one who has


  1. A LITTLE STRESS : cause a person without any stress is not living hes dead.And no one wants to be dead.A little stress keeps you on your toes .  Now, many people come up to me to ask as to how this can be achieved? its not too technical just 10 MINUTES OF YOGA EVERY MORNING even if its not every morning and only 3-4 times a week it OKAY
  2. A MORNING WORKOUT IN THE OPEN: in the open that's important because whatever any one might say,in the morning oxygen levels in the atmosphere are highest raising your EPOC (exercise post-oxygen consumption) which means you have more oxygen in your blood then the next person.but what happens if you miss your morning workout ,don't worry.Do your workout in the evening ,because it has the highest EPOC BARRING THE MORNING SESSION.
  3. GET SLEEPY TIME : As per my earlier post on sleep times http://sakethealthtips.blogspot.in/2012/12/sleep-and-requirement-by-age.html for a particular person a average person should sleep around 7 hrs to get enough sleep but it varies from person to person even as you age.
  4. RIGHT  DIET:well, for this theres just one magic line"BREAKFAST LIKE A KING,LUNCH LIKE A AVERAGE JOE, AND DINNER LIKE A PAUPER.".this means have more food in the early hours of the day so as to give your body more time to digest the food properly.
  5. RIGHT WATER INTAKE :This is the most important intake as the quality and quantity of water intake virtually is 50% of your health right there.right amount of water intake for you can be seen from http://sakethealthtips.blogspot.in/2012/12/sleep-and-requirement-by-age.html                                       Well,This is my definition of general health and how to get it .Hope you like it and please share the article so that this fitness message reaches as far as possible.
