get healthy : simple factors to control

Well, just start thinking you are already that fit. you are already that certain weight . you can do x amount of that dreaded exercise you always wanted to do but couldn't muster the courage.and you can also fit into that old pair of jeans you have.just visualize yourself doing it and it will happen.

        sure it will take time like2-4 months but compared to your current fitness standards it will be something out of this world .Take my word for it , i was really thin and a total weaakling but i wanted to turn it around and i achieved it in just 2-3 months.so if i can do it you can too.

  my BMI BEFORE:   17.2
  my BMI AFTER   :   21.3

  • exercise routine/schedule

controlling these three prominent but very easy to control factors will lead to that healthy fit life you always wanted .
