     Give your morning the most healthiest start they can have, just have a healthy breakfast.Did you know why the morning meal is so important because it "breaks" the"fast" the body is undergoing for the past 6-7 hours, hence called breakfast.
                                                              The ideal contents of a healthy breakfast should be-

  • whole grains:cereals, oats(skip the flavored ones ,naturally occurring are the best ) whole wheat bread toasts with peanut butter or almond butter are the best here.
  • fruits: the absolute essential in your breakfast .Your breakfast is incomplete without it. bananas are the best alternative in this.
including these super foods and beverages in your breakfast will not only keep you healthy but keep the hunger pangs till lunch.BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP OF ALL DON'T SKIP IT .
