festivals are great . But there is an ugly side to it, the amount of pollutants in the air after a festivity are nearly 5 -6 times the normal levels this play havoc with you and your bodies.Hence you need to  detoxify your body of all these toxins.here are some tips to get back your body BACK-.




  • hydrate more - this is especially helpful as it will put your body in overdrive to detoxify itself through your normal secretion cycle.
  • eat more raw fruits and vegetables - they contain more nutrients required for digestion than cooked ones.
  • eat turmeric - you can have it soups or sprinkle it on your veggies as this spice has special anti-oxidant and detoxifying capabilities.
  • switch from artificial cleaning agents to natural ones - the artificial ones contain formaldehyde,ammonia,chlorine,petroleum products etc these toxins can be distressing for your body. try to use natural ones instead like baking soda,vinegar,lemon juice or orange juice etc.
  • 30 minutes of vigorous physical exercise - "sweat" is the easiest and the number 1 way to get those harmful toxins out of your system.
  • eat these vegetables - broccoli,spinach,garlic,cabbage,sprouts,ginger are some of the vegetables that you need to have to cleanse your body. 
  • yoga - there are no questions of the relaxsation effects of yoga and a relaxed mind is more effective in detoxifying itself
