In continuing with my series on Avoiding and living with diabetes .here are some more tips




  • consider taking a aspirin daily :an aspirin daily would be a great option for you. Ask your doctor if a aspirin a day is ok for you.

  • take care of your feet : high blood sugar virtually destroys nerves in your feet. try to dip them in lukewarm water etc

  • make your visits to the doctor a necessity :skipping these are anabsolute no-no. it should be part of your routine.

  • get some vitamin C : oranges,peas, papaya,yellow bell peppers,guavas,spinach, broccoli etc are just some of the foods you can take.

  • get some spices in your food:cinnamon ,turmeric,ginseng,pepper etc are some of the wonder spices you need.

  • get a good night's rest: With out doubt your best ally on your fight to diabetic fight is your rest.
