In continuing with my series on Avoiding and living with diabetes .here are some more tips
- avoid salt:salt ever present in our lives should be avoided at best due to its high sodium content
- manage stress levels :The best way to do this is by meditation, deep breathing etc
- have healthy snacks: have a veggie snack they are cheap and are nutritious .
- stay Active:whether it is walk,run,swim,taking the stairs to work or working out you have to stay active to avoid ,live with diabetes.
- have green tea : This is a wonder beverage to have for some one looking to live or avoid diabetes.
