be fit this winter


its really hard to be fit during the winter.the winter brings its own set of challenges but the thing is you can be fit in these cold months. just follow some of these tips
 

hydrate: This has been said but i say it again that its really important. around 8 glasses of water are recommended to keep you fluid this winter.

sleep anywhere between 6 - 8 hours: Sleep is going to be your biggest ally in your fight for getting fit. But make sure that you are sleeping continuously as indeterminate sleep will be not of much use .

exercise: 15-30 mins is the time that you need to devote to this.Also, Try to do this in the mornings or in evenings as the oxygen content in the air at that time is usually higher.

eat in variety don't stick to one vegetable in your diet.eat and buy in variety of fruits and veggies.

eat less: Contrary to beliefs one should not be having to much to eat in winters as the digestive system is a little bit short of heat (most of it is used in keeping the body warm).

eat a lot of herbs:garlic,turmeric etc don't only give taste to your food but help in increasing your immunity as immune levels can go down a lot in these months.

                                                being fit in winters is tough but it's not impossible......
