WHY YOU SHOULD NOT WEAR HIGH HEELS

Most of the women will not agree with me but there is a medical science which says prolonged use of high heel specially with narrow toe have multiple issue   and they are as under :-
  1. In case of high heels weight distribution of body which is in normal case is equally distributed between heel and toe gets changed to 65 % towards toe ,which makes bad effect of your back bone which disturbs the equilibrium of human body .
  2. More stress to toe fingers , generate more fatigue and finally enhances chances of stress fracture.
  3.  More chances of developing lower back pain 
  4. More chances  of slip disk and so on 
  5.  So avoid , if possible or minimize use as it has very bad effect on overall growth of body too . Specially in case of growing kids
