being healthy in winters is vital and is also tricky .did you know cold climate ,apart from causing various illnesses can even cause death in some cases. hence it is important to take care of yourselves in the winters. here are some useful tips...................

  • cover your head,ears,hand and feet: the head is the most sensitive andimportant portion of the human body.so buy a woollen cap .ears can allow cold air to enter easily as they are open all the time leading to decrease in body temperatures instantly. while the hands though can do without gloves for many hours but continued exposure will lead to their freezing the feet should be covered with socks as they might also freeze like hands
  • eat less: your digestive system works slow in winters
  • try to exercise indoors 
  •  install heaters with humidifier not dry heaters like blowers:as dry heaters will try to de humidify you which is not a good thing
  • take bath with lukewarm water not hot water:well, the warm water might fell good but will again dehumidify you
  • sprinkle cold water on yourself after a bath:this will help your body come to terms with the temperature outside
  • drink adequate amount of water:this helps humidify your body which helps in many ways
