its that time of the year that you want to let your hair down and just have fun.but its not the end of the world ,you have to get up tomorrow and maybe go to work .So, here are some suggestions for the night ...

  1. be sure you are warm and dry: not having adequate warm cover is a crucial mistake done chilly times.But if you will be inside be sure to be tucked in nice.
  2. carry a water bottle :even if the place you are going to will have water. it will not hurt to have a small water bottle tucked away. if inside be hydrated .
  3. go easy on the snacks : Remember, its not the end of the world and fill yourself with food .eat in your limits but don't sit and watch your friends eat. 
  4. halve your alcohol: A good way of enjoying with friends is to lightly sip on your alcohol. set a limit which you can follow and then slash it in half.And if you don't drink then its good switch to the next  advice.
  5. Be careful when out with children: Try not to be out much when with children and keep all the above mentioned and latter points in minds.
  6. try not to compromise on your beauty sleep:Never cut into your sleeping hours because your body requires 7-8 hrs of sleep to recover from your  night.
