Why heat strokes take place
In india now days day time temperature is between 45-50 ,which have lot of adverse effect ,and may cause death if not taken due precautions,
here are few tips to save your self from such heat strokes
1. Avoid movement from 1030 AM to 4.30PM
2.Drink to of water before leaving the house
3.Never go out with empty stomach always have light food and then go out .
4.Cover your body well specially head .
5. Avoid sudden change in temperature,
6. Avoid alcohol and fried and heavy food .
7. Wear cotton and loose cloths .
8. keep drinking liquid like water , jal jeera,water melon ,soda or any other drinks every 1-2 hours
9. Avoid oily creams on face or on body , they cover human capillary system, which is part of human cooling system.
10 . sleep well or give full rest to body.
11 . Have bath min 2 times with cold water .
12. Dont do hard physical work during 12- 5 PM.
