HEALTHY LIFE – WHAT ALL IS MUST


They can not say health is wealth because as you know to earn wealth  you have to work hard ,but we think god is there to work for us and we take health for granted, hence you need to  change your outlook otherwise it will be too late. There are few things which are must for good health — so look after them well. These must do things will help you ,to live healthy

 Regular Exercise 
 Going to gym is the not only way to work out , one can go for run or walk for 30 min and there after lot of free hand exercise ( see free hand exercise part 1 and 2 in this blog it self ) or do yoga or go for swimming, aerobics or kick boxing other then these  there are plenty of exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home
Dance And Music
Another good way to keep you fit and in shape learn to dance even if it looks odd some time as we all are not born dancer.
Meditation
With the fast paced life , stress and strain has become part and parcel of our life , it is important to find some quality time for your self everyday, to begin with  just sit and practice some deep breathing exercises. Later you can graduate your self to even better things.
Sunlight Good Source Of Vitamin D
Sunlight has numerous benefits. So find some time in sunlight too yes you should take all protections to save your skin and eyes  . Few minutes daily will help your body produce enough vitamin D that is so essential for good health.
Sleep
Cutting down on your sleep to get more work will eventually burn you out. On an average you need to get seven to eight hours of sleep every day.  Any amount of rest will not compensate for night sleep to try to get sleep at night ,however you must make up for a late night by resting adequately on the next day .
Don't go drink too much
The drinking as such is a bed but being a regular drinker or  Indulging yourself in huge amounts of alcohol is worst try to avoid  it. The same goes with extreme diets.
Eat healthy
Do yourself  some good and cut out all the roadside oily and junk food from your life. If you can not then  take juices and less fatty and spicy food avoid or reduce intake  red meat and paneer products and  keep your self  hydrated with plenty of water throughout the day.
Be Happy

Laughter has so many benefits. Watch funny movies, television shows, meet up with people who are positive and happy. Try to stay away from negativity
