Why We Ignore Our Health
· Our body has lot of spare capacity for every thing.
· Human body has immune system , which takes care of minor
issues .
· Human body , in general does not fail with out raising alarm
,its we , who ignore such warnings.
· Very often we say , we don’t have time for work out , walking , exercise or to
see dr in time for advise .
· Even if we do see Dr’s often we ignore his adivse or don’t take
medicine correctly.
· We often think if any thing will go wrong Dr’s will take
care after all what for they are there.
· Some time we want to hide just to prove that I am too strong.
· Some time we want to do cost cuttings by not going to Dr’s
for every one information there are some good govt hospitals are there where
treatment is free.
· As such we have no value for things which come free , like
health god has given you 100% fir body ( not in all case ).
· Set a routine for your self .
· Work out or do yoga for min 30 min in a day ( if not
possible every alternate day ).
· Ensure 7-8 hours of good sleep.
· Eat every thing you like , in controlled manner.
· Love your drinks but not more then once a week.
· Eat maximum natural food and multi grain items routinely (
try to eat fruits which are locally available not caned/tined or from cold
storage ) .
· Avoid milk in row form rather eat curd and paneer .
· Have good social life ,spend time with family min one hour
in a day .
· Have regular medical cheek up once a year if you are less
then 30 otherwise min 2 times in a year .
