HOW TO ENJOY SUMMER WITH OUT TEARS

ENJOY SUMMER ???

its that time of the year when  you want to let your hair to cut and just have late nights and lot of  fun.but its not the end of the world ,you have to get up tomorrow and go to work .So, here are some suggestions for the night ...
  1. Be sure you are warm and dry while under AC  air , not having adequate warm cover is a crucial mistake and will be open invitation to cold .
  2. Avoid sudden exposure from  cold to worm place .
  3. Use sun glasses which have UV protection .
  4. Use good quality body lotion which can protect your skin from sun and IR and UV rays 
  5. carry a water bottle , even if your work place have fresh water arrangement. you need to keep your self   hydrated even while travelling.
  6. Go easy on the snacks  Remember, in summer body,s mechanism go slow and it need more water then solids so eat in limits but healthy which means less oil and tadka . 
  7. Halve your alcohol A good way of enjoying with friends is to lightly sip on your alcohol. set a limit which you can follow and then slash it in half.And if you don't drink then its good and time for lot of nibbu pani,lassi ,aam pana ,and jalzeera .
  8. Be careful when out with children  Try not to be out during 11am to 4 pm avoid water sports even during this time and dont eat in untrusted places avoid drinking water out side .
  9. Try not to compromise on your beauty sleep Never cut into your sleeping hours because your body requires 7-8 hrs of sleep to recover from your  night. 
  10. Do some meditation and light and free hand exercise 
But first foremost , have fun
