- Light free hand work out – free hand work out with body movements and rolling arms ad hands give better results
- Try aromatherapy – use aromatic sticks in room or use perfumed massage or aromatic water bath,it has very soothing effect .
- Dance – soft dance for some time will take our all attention immediately and will have long time effect too
