Causes of Fatigue and How to Overcome Them
do you feel dead everyday ? do you
feel tired everyday ? this is the feeling of fatigue
But you can be active and alive and
active everyday ,even when day is finished.
Here
are some Causes of fatigue and how to overcome them
1 Irregular and lack of sleep.
To over - come Min 7-8 hours of
regulated sleep preferably in the night ,or combination of night and day , which
means major sleeping hours should be in the night.
2 Prolonged working hours.
To over come - keep taking break of
min 5-10 min in every 2 hours to break monotony.
3 Irritating work and commuting
environment
To over come - Try to adapted
things, on which you have no control and manage the things on which you have
control. you can also try meditations it helps in calming the mind.
4 Faulty light and wrong working
postures
To over come - work in proper light
, if possible natural light and always work in correct postures. Posture needs
to be changed as often as possible ( if possible in every 40-45 min ) with bit
of starching and small strolls.
5. lack of physical movements
To over come - Try to find min 20-30
min for your self for yoga or physical exercise to ensure all body parts are
moved and some cardiac work out if
possible.
6. Disturbed daily routine
To over come - Try to follow routine
which have combination of different element like work ,entertainment ,food
,rest and physical work out .
