• Be a quick learner on human interface , extending pleasantries ,or offering positive comments on the work of subordinate.

• Take responsibility for the work you assigned to subordinate good or bad .and make your team feel good on achievements and be with them on bad times.

• Delegate responsibility with quantifiable aims and then allow them to do the work in a way they feel it should be done.

• Try to control only to the things where you have implementable  ways /ideas in place.

• Evolve em which a feed back system ,which keeps you updated.

•  Set a work ethic for all and deviation should not be permitted at any cost .
