COFFEE : DRINK OF HEALTH
The 2-3 cup of coffee in a day can do the trick ,try
having a cup of coffee when u feel tired or have a foul mood .
Coffee will make you feel less tired and at the same time
will increase your energy levels making you fresh. Because , it is rich in
caffeine, which is generally taken psycho-active substance world over.
During the consumption of coffee, caffeine present in
coffee is then absorbed in the bloodstream. which then travels to the brain
where it blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter called Adenosine.
This increases the release of neurotransmitters like nor
epinephrine and dopamine which are basically "happy hormones ".
Number of studies have shown that coffee improves number
of aspects of brain functioning. Those functions are vigilance, mood, energy
levels, reaction times , general cognitive function and most important, The
memory.
