IMPROVE YOUR  FITNESS THIS  SUMMER BY THESE SIMPLE TIPS
  • Change your routine from winter mode to summer mode.
  • Get up early and drink lot of water.
  • Do a lot of exercises which will make you active and will help you in loosing that extra weight which gained during the winter.
  • Don't drink soda or fatty drinks like coke and beer regularly.
  • Avoid sugar drinks have fresh juices as much as you can remember mango shake is very heavy on fat.
  •  Eat a good breakfast. A super breakfast is yogurt with strawberries. It really filling will keep your skin shining.
  • Have very light Dinner, not full of cream,  butter  and sugar.
  • Learn say to SAMOSHA and burgers full of potatoes and cheese.   
  • Eat healthy,  it does not mean restricting. Instead, you remember that what ever extra you have eaten needs to be burn by more work out , for weight loss, or to tone certain muscles.
  • Last but not least for  flat stomach, do crunches as much as you can, without hurting to your self .
  • Observe changes in your body Sunday to Sunday .
