GOLDEN RULES TO HAVE FIT BODY & GOOD HEALTH
1. Maintain
regularity in your routine.
2. Eat fresh and
natural foods as much as possible not processed food.
3. Consume seasonal
fruits in raw form (don’t peel out skin of fruits like apple , guava ect), not
fruits out of cold storage / tinned 4. Eat well but don’t
over eat.
5. Eat food, which
contains carbohydrates especially starch and fiber.
6. Avoid excessive
salt and spices.
7. Avoid too much of
sweets specially sugar.
8. Avoid food, which
contains large amount of cholesterol and saturated fats.
9. Avoid eating same
type of food every day, infect variety of food , must be taken.
10. Must do some
amount of physical exercise including walk ,yoga and running, if
possible every day.
11. Sleep 7-8 hours
every day.
12. Watch your body
weight and waist line (more then 36 is alarming), try to be close to ideal
weight as per your age.
13. Most important is
think positive.
